Our trip leader will greet you at the Labuan Bajo airport and drive you to the beautiful Hotel Seaesta Komodo. Check-in, relax and soak in the serene vibes at your stay and gear up for the adventures ahead!

Our local guide will pick us up and we will start our journey towards Wae Rebo village in a private car. Hike around the village and immerse yourself in its charm. This remote village is a UNESCO-recognized cultural heritage site famous for its traditional cone-shaped houses, and is often referred to as the “village above the clouds” due to its breathtaking mountain views.
Drive time: 4 – 5 hours
Hike time: 3 – 4 hours of moderate level hike
Accommodation: Homestay in Wae Rebo
Further explore the captivating beauty of Wae Rebo Village. Take in the serene atmosphere and connect with the local Manggarai culture. Bid farewell to the “village above the clouds” and hike back down to begin your journey to Labuan Bajo. Arrive at Seaesta Hotel and relax after the day’s adventures.

Set sail to Kelor Island for a short hike with stunning panoramic views. Snorkel at Manjarite Island, a paradise of vibrant coral reefs and marine life. End the day at Kalong Island, watching thousands of flying foxes soar at sunset.

Hike time: 1 – 2 hours of moderate level hikes during pitstops
Trek to the top of Padar Island for breathtaking panoramic views, then unwind at the stunning Pink Beach. Explore Komodo Island to spot legendary Komodo dragons before snorkeling at Taka Makasar’s pristine reefs. End the day at Manta Point, swimming alongside majestic manta rays—an unforgettable experience.

Hike time: 1 – 2 hours of moderate level hikes during pitstops
Begin your final day with a visit to Sebayur Island, a snorkeling paradise boasting vibrant coral reefs and mesmerizing underwater life. Dive into the crystal-clear waters for one last adventure in this tropical haven. Afterward, we’ll head back to Labuan Bajo, where you’ll be dropped off at the airport, late afternoon, for your onward journey.
Once again, it’s time to undertake the scenic journey from Phuentsholing to Bagdogra airport, where we will wrap up our epic adventure and bid adieu!

A native of God’s own country, Kerala, Arun transitioned from an aerospace engineer to a full-time traveler and photographer, passionately showcasing his unique frames through elements of visual harmony. After refusing to settle for the mundane and quitting his corporate career, he biked through some of the most breathtaking trails in India and abroad, made innumerable friends along the way and captured well over 500,000 photographs. He has led more than 25 trips.

Health and Safety: During our Komodo Island adventure, we will embark on multiple hikes, and indulge in snorkeling. As we explore breathtaking landscapes, a good level of fitness will go a long way! You’ll need to carry your own luggage, though we’ll provide assistance where possible—just keep in mind that offloading isn’t available in most areas.
Need to Change Plans? You can transfer your spot to a friend if they’re excited to join the trip. Alternatively, you can keep your funds on hold with us for a future adventure.
Trip Cancellation or Postponement: If the trip is canceled or postponed at our end, you’ll receive a full refund. If the trip is cut short, you’ll receive a partial refund based on the days missed.
Ps. Refunds will be minus any cancellation charges for cars or accommodation or other such services and applicable taxes. Refunds will reach you within 7-10 business days.
